"I rarely give a review, but this one deserves it. Came with a big group yesterday (a day before Christmas + school holiday) and what makes it really impactful to me is because of the staffs— They were super attentive, sweet (always smiling, not cold towards my kids, make sure that food is always stocked up, walk around to check on us and offered to top-up our soup and meat set without disturbing us eating), and even genuinely happy together when my father won the 10 seconds buzzer. Of course, the food was good and have lots of variety: their crispy chicken was so good, duck meat, waffle, and they have variety of sauces you can mix with. The price matches with the variety of food they serve. Again, this is my preference. Food can always easily be compared to other shabu-shabu@sukiya@hotpot out there, but what you rarely get is the comfortable experience when you eat and the warmness hospitality. Safe to say, it was a really enjoyable one for me. We had a great time. Thank you."

"We had such a wonderful experience at Nabe Hotpot & Sukiyaki in AEON Mall Shah Alam on 18Feb 2026 at around 1430 . One of the male staff members truly stood out. He welcomed us warmly, served us attentively, kept the atmosphere lively, and we even saw him handling the cleaning as well. Despite juggling so many responsibilities, he remained friendly, energetic, and professional throughout. He is truly an asset to your team! what a gem of an employee! Please extend our appreciation to him. He made our visit extra pleasant. P.S. I’m sorry for taking his photo without asking for permission. The restaurant was very crowded and we didn’t manage to get his name. (He is the one who is wiping the table)"

"A good place for hotpot with no queue during weekends! similar like other hotpot but they do provide mixed fruits, waffles, bingsu n cakes as well Excellent service from staff as they refill stuffs immediately. Eventho i misplaced my belongings yet the staffs kept it safely after hourss Must Try: Mala spicy soup, Fried Chicken, Bingsu and Tiramisu cake"

"The range of ingredients was okay/very good/extensive/not impressive. We found a selection of fresh vegetables, seafood, and marinated meats like chicken, beef, and lamb. Some highlights were the fresh seafood and flavorful marinades that paired well with both the steamboat broth and grill. The broth choice combination of mala soup and tomyum was tasty and aromatic, though slightly sweet/milder than expected."
